As an ICO, you choose from our proven lineup of events — or do them all:

  • 🏈 Homecoming — August through early November

  • 🦃 Alumni Turkey Festival — Thanksgiving week or weekend

  • 🎄 Alumni Christmas Extravaganza — During Christmas week

  • 🎭 Alumni Mardi Gras — During Spring Break

You pick your own date.
You shape the experience.

💳 What We Charge

Clash of the Classes™ only collects:

💵 $250 Annual Membership Fee

🛠️ $125 Annual Maintenance Fee

💳 Processing Fees (for online transactions)

These fees are non-refundable and help cover branding, tech support, hosting, and administrative services.

What You Handle

As an ICO, you’re an independent contractor, not an employee. You’re fully in charge of your own local event, including:

  • Choosing your date, venue, and activities

  • Promoting your event and engaging local alumni

  • Securing your own event insurance

  • Managing your team and earnings

  • Customizing your experience to fit your city’s culture

You run your own event — we just give you the blueprint.

🛑 What We Don’t Provide

  • We do not build or manage websites for your event

  • We do not run your social media or ticketing

  • You are fully responsible for your event's promotion and execution
